
| EFX Offers a comprehensive outside catering service, ranging from small private functions to elaborately decorated large banquets, gourmet standard hot meals to barbecues & large marquee events. All the prices listed in our main booklet are fully inclusive, but include all associated crockery, cutlery, napkins and tablecloths for the buffet, table delivery and clearance. Delivery within Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Chesterfield area is free of charge. The provision of service staff is available at a charge of £30.00 for 5 hours per member of staff from their arrival at the venue, thereafter at a rate of £5 per hour. As a rule of thumb one staff per 10 persons for a hot sit down meal and one member per 30 guests for buffets etc. We prepare and cook all produce on purpose-built premises from the highest quality fresh ingrediants. It is our aim to provide the customer with the highest possible standards of outside catering at a competitive price. All our buffets and hot meals are garnished, reflecting our constant attention to detail. Delivery of food to our customers is undertaken in temperature controlled conditions, which ensures that a fresh and safe meal arrives at your table. |
| TERMS OF BUISNESS We require a deposit of £50 upon confirmation of your booking. A higher percentage deposit will be required for a larger function. This secures the buffet on the date you require it. Confirmation must be made on the booking form provided. Final numbers attending your function must be confirmed to us no less than seven days prior to the date of the booking. Should you find that more people are expected then please telephone us as soon as possible so that we can cater for the increase in numbers. All provisional bookings are held for a maximum of seven days from the date they are made. If a booking is not confirmed in writing together with a deposit then it will be deemed cancelled. Any deposit recieved is not refundable but may be transferred to another date. All functions on a Sunday, whether delivered by us or collected by the customer from our premises are subject to a "Sunday Charge" of £15. 80 per cent of the outstanding balance is payable one month before the event or confirmation of numbers. Cancellation of numbers is allowed up to 72 hours before the function only. After which time you will be invoiced. |

| BAR AND DRINKS SERVICE A Full list of individual bottled wines, spirits and soft drinks together with beer and larger prices and bar services are shown on the "Drinks Price List". Very competitive prices include service and glass hire & chilling. Our outside bar service is available for all our clients with a minimum of 100 guests with a pay bar or free Bar Service, Staff Beer Taps, Gas & Coolers. |
