and service, and are for a minimum of 60 covers.
A 20 per cent charge will be made for smaller functions,
plus a charge for waitress service if under 60 covers.

Some food is actually cooked or prepared at customer’s venue, using
either equipment available on site or our own mobile oven/kitchens.
